Step 1
Enquire about your show
Send us a message or contact us on info@harlequincostumehire.co.uk with as much detail about your show as possible:
- Costumes required
- Show dates
- Show location
- Image references (see our galleries)
Step 2
Send us your measurements
No orders can be confirmed by HCH until all measurements have been agreed.

Step 3
Your consultation
Once you’ve enquired, we will arrange a free consultation. This can be done at our Upper Stondon Premises, over Zoom, or over the phone.
Step 4
Pay your deposit
Pay your deposit and any delivery fees to confirm your order.
Step 5
Costume walkthrough
Once we have put together your show costumes, we will do a final walkthrough to check everything is as expected. This can be done in person, or over Zoom.
Step 6
Collection or delivery
You will come to collect your costumes or they will be delivered to you.

It's Showtime!

Return the costumes
After your fabulous performance, it’s time to return the costumes.
Please return all garments without laundering or pressing. Some of our costumes are very delicate and as such require special treatment when being laundered, ironed or pressed. If a costume needs laundering or pressing whilst on hire please contact us for written approval.
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to check and carefully pack the goods for return. Costumes and accessories must be neatly packed and returned in the same packaging it arrived in. Hats and props are to be packed separately from other clothing to avoid damage. Damage to hire equipment may result in additional charges.
Frequently Asked Questions
Costumes can be hired for up to 14 days. There will be late fee for any costumes not returned on time. For more information see our terms and conditions

The prices of our costumes vary. For a full quote please get in touch about your show.
We require a 30% deposit to confirm all bookings.
Of course! You can arrange to view our costumes by making an appointment at our premises. Alternatively, we can show you via Zoom or by photograph.
